360° Cybersecurity SaaS Ecosystem

From Vulnerability to Strategy

Cybersecurity is often perceived as an abstract, technical expense rather than a strategic asset. The project was conceived to bridge this gap for SMEs. The challenge was to transform a highly complex, 360° technical service into a tangible, digital product. As the sole designer, my task was to create the entire brand and product ecosystem from scratch, ensuring that cybersecurity shifted from being an «invisible expense» to a strategic advantage for the client.

My Role: Product Designer & Product Owner (PO) Strategist

In this project, my role transcended interface design. I acted as a bridge between business and development, making Product Owner decisions to guide the product from its MVP phase to a scalable commercial solution. I led:

  • Branding & Web: Created the brand identity and designed the corporate website, iterating constantly based on feedback from sales meetings.

  • End-to-End Designer of CyberHub: I led the complete lifecycle of the digital platform, from initial Research and Design System creation to defining KPIs and success metrics. I was responsible for transforming a dense, technical Word document into an intuitive, «client-ready» digital product.

  • Lead Generation Tools: Designed a «lite» version of the platform (Cyber-intelligence and Maturity modules) used by the sales team as a commercial «hook» to capture new clients.

Process: Distilling Feedback into a Roadmap

To move from the MVP to the final product, I established a continuous feedback loop using various sources (interviews, surveys, heuristic analysis, and an in-app feedback button).

  • Insight Synthesis: I used Affinity Maps to organize feedback and identify which points truly interested clients and which were irrelevant.

  • Strategic Prioritization: I transformed insights into User Stories and organized them into an Impact vs. Effort Matrix. This allowed me to create and manage the backlog for both my own design workflow and the development team, ensuring we always worked on what provided the most business value.

The Solution: A 360 Ecosystem

I designed a platform that translates technical data (Pentesting, Vulnerabilities) into clear business language:

  • Maturity Dashboard: A visual tool that allows SMEs to understand their security level at a glance.

  • Sales-Driven Iteration: The website and platform evolve based on what we learn in the «commercial battlefield,» adjusting messages and features to maximize conversion.

Impact: Design as a Business Engine

  • Commercial Alignment: The creation of the «lite» version and the optimization of the main platform have directly contributed to acquiring over 30 new clients since the MVP launch.

  • Development Efficiency: My backlog management and data-driven prioritization prevented the development of unnecessary features, optimizing the technical team’s resources.

  • Pixel-Perfect Quality: I maintain my commitment to Design QA, supervising every release in the UAT environment to ensure that the brand and user experience remain flawless.
